Balloon Special 4

The popular Rupert Bear Balloon is shown at the Bristol Balloon Fiesta, August 1991. Rupert (Reg G-BTML) was manufactured by Camerons of Bristol and is one of the tallest ever built. The balloon is sponsored by The Daily Express which has featured Rupert stories for over 70 years
