Postman spotted installing a new collection plate giving 'last collection' time only. This new system replaces the 'next collection' tablets used for many generations. The letterbox shown is in the wall of Pineapple Coach House, Stoke Ferry, Norfolk - home of PH Topics. The actual position of the box is obscured by the standing postman
